Helps us provide more accurate health assessments, as BMI standards can vary with age.

An optional way for you to customize your profile and personalize your account.

Health and Usage Data

For the core functionality of tracking your health, you may provide the following:

Weight & Height

These are the essential measurements used to calculate your Body Mass Index.

BMI Calculations

When you save an entry, we store your BMI history to provide charts and analytics, allowing you to track your progress over time.

Progress Images

You can optionally upload photos to visually track your physical transformation over time.

Data Storage and Security

The security of your data is important to us. Your Personal Data and Health and Usage Data are stored securely on our servers. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data and health information for as long as your account remains active. Specifically:

Account data (name, email, profile image) — retained until you delete your account.
Health & BMI data (weight, height, BMI history, progress images) — retained until you delete your account or manually remove individual entries within the app.
Analytics data — retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months.

Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased from our servers within 7 business days.

How to Delete Your Data

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either of the following methods:

In-app: Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all data.
Web form: Submit a deletion request at bmiscale.thinkosys.com/delete-account.html.
Email: Send a request to hello@thinkosys.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request — BMIScale”.

All deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.

Analytics

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. These services may collect information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), device type, operating system version, and other diagnostic data. This data is anonymized and used to improve the app's performance and user experience.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
